NVL PROFESSIONAL 9 LEVEL LIFT BLEACH WHITE
White dust free bleaching powder for all lightening professional
techniques. The balanced mixture of ingredients allows to obtain a dust-free, easy to use powder.
The mixture of the powder with Nouvelle oxidising emulsion (1:2) creates a soft and homogenous cream that does not swell and leaks. Ideal for bleaching, colour removal and highlights. It lifts the natural colour of the hair up to 9 levels. Available packing: 500 g.

HOW TO USE
Pour the right quantity of bleaching powder in a glass or plastic bowl. For every 25 ml measure cup of bleaching powder add 50 ml off cream peroxide (up to maximum 40vol.). Leave on for 60 minutes maximum (when using low volume cream peroxide). The product quantities indicated above refer to mixing ratio 1:2. Mixing ratio can vary from 1:1 to 1:2 as needed. Choose the cream peroxide volume based on the level of lift you wish to achieve.
Setting time: setting times varies from 15 to 60 minutes based on: hair tone, the level of lift you want to achieve, the condition of the hair, the technique used, the temperature of the room, the volume and quantity of the cream peroxide used.
